2.1 Product Descriptions

We take pride in our tournament-grade billiards equipment including:

• Premium carbon fiber shafts and cues
• Custom pool cues (handcrafted in our San Antonio workshop)
• Specialized cases (1×1 through 4×8 configurations)
• Instructional materials and professional accessories

We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to monitor differences.

2.2 Custom Orders

Custom pool cues are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless defective (see Section 6). Production times vary and will be communicated upon order.

2.3 Services

Billiards instruction services are non-refundable once scheduled.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Process

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market conditions, though this won’t affect confirmed orders.

3.3 Payment Methods

Payment is due at time of purchase. For security, we don’t store payment details.

3.4 Order Acceptance

We may refuse any order for reasons including:

• Product unavailability

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We ship worldwide except to restricted Asian and remote regions:

Note: Delivery estimates exclude potential customs delays. International shipments may require additional clearance time.

4.2 Delivery Issues

You must inspect shipments immediately. Report damaged/missing items within 48 hours to [email protected] with photos.

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date for most items. Exceptions:

• Custom pool cues (unless defective)
• Opened instructional books/DVDs
• Billiards instruction services

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us within 15 days with order details and reason
2. Receive return authorization (RMA number)
3. Repackage securely in original packaging
4. Ship to: Elite Cue Shop Returns, 4640 Freshour Circle, San Antonio, TX 78205 USA

Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges

For size exchanges or cue specification changes:

• Follow standard return process
• Clearly state desired replacement
• We’ll ship once original item is received
• Price differences will be adjusted

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, designs, text, images) is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

7. Liability Limitations

Our products are designed for billiards sports. We’re not liable for:

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your use of our site or products is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
